One of the most annoying errors you encounter while you try to install Magento is a browser time-out. And when you try to restart, it simply throws up an error and refuses to start the installation process again.
There’s a very easy way to fix that issue.
Just delete the file
\app\etc\local.xml
and you’re set to restart the installation.
